More good news for 26-14 Jackson Avenue. Only a week after it had its Grand Opening,1 the building received its certificate of occupancy from the Department of Buildings, which was posted on the front of the building.

Potential residents will have studios, 1 and 2 bedrooms to choose from, and the first month’s rent will be free. Adjusted for that first month, studios start from $1,984, 1 bedrooms from $2,654 and 2 bedrooms from $3,277. 1. I went to checkout on the apartments last week and the broker said that their first batch of 2 bedrooms was already gone and that the new prices were now starting from $3700+ a month for a 13 month lease. With the first month free this puts the average monthly rent at ~$3500.

    Nice apartments anyway, worth checking!
