Outside facade mostly installed at 42-14 21st Street

Construction is moving along at 42-14 21st Street, the future home of Creative Mobile Technologies.1 If you compare the first photo (taken in September) with the next two photos, which we took last week, you can see that there are major changes in the facade of the building. The anticipated completion date is winter of 2014.

Here is the description of the company from their website:

CMT was founded in 2005 when a group of industry leaders (including lease managers, brokers, owner/drivers, lenders and fleet owners – large and small) began evaluating what was needed to comply with evolving taxi service enhancement programs, and make taxi service in general more efficient, modern and profitable. What developed was our unique “by the industry, for the industry” FREEdom taxi solution, designed to not only save taxi owners thousands in up-front equipment costs, but also provide the opportunity to drive new revenues into taxi businesses. CMT’s solutions integrate all of the technology, banking and media components needed to realize this vision, and ensure that the taxi industry can meet these technology challenges.
