Demolition complete at 42-14 Crescent Street

We last checked in at 42-14 Crescent Street back in August when construction crews put up pipe scaffolding on the building.1 We stopped by last week and noted that demolition has completed at the future home of a 48-unit rental building designed by John Fotiadis.

According to New York YIMBY, construction on the 13-story building (which will house studios, one- and two-bedrooms) will begin in the fall and deliver in late 2015.2  According to permits filed with the Department of Buildings on July 11, the building will have 39,133 square feet of residential space (a FAR of 7.98) and 746 square feet of commercial space.3
