Facade work begins at ‘The Dutch’ at 25-19 43rd Avenue as construction reaches top floor

The last time we checked in on The Dutch at 25-19 43rd Avenue was in August, when construction was nearing the top floor.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction has reached the top floor, as seen in the photo below. We also saw that pipe scaffolding is up on the east side of the building and that brick facade is being installed.

The build permit calls for 68,145 square feet of residential space, with will span nine floors and 86 units.2  The zoning is for a FAR of 5.00.
