The last time we stopped by 23-01 41st Avenue was in December, when pipe scaffolding had just been put up on the building.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that scaffolding was mostly taken down to reveal the outside facade of the six-story project, as seen in the photo below. On-site signage calls for a September 2017 delivery, but a mid-2018 delivery is more likely.
Here’s more about the project from New York YIMBY:2
When it’s finished, the development will hold 25,302 square feet of residential space and 6,233 square feet of commercial space. That commercial space will be photo studios, according to the plans, and 37 condos will be stacked on top. The typical unit will measure just 680 square feet, which means the project will be mostly studios and one-bedrooms.
