Additional signage appears for Eagle Lofts at 43-22 Queens Street

We last stopped by Rockrose’s 43-22 Queens Street Eagle Loft project in July when the leasing gallery opened.1 Recently, construction crews put up signage near the top of the 54-story tower, as well as on the ground floor of Hayden on 43-25 Hunter Street, as seen in the photos below. Interested residents can stop by the leasing gallery weekdays 10am – 7pm and weekends 10am – 6pm. Studio residences start at $2,349* per month, 1 bedrooms at $2,912* per month and 2 bedrooms at $4,611* per month (*which is the average after the first month free is factored in).

Permits call for 587,860 square feet of residential space, 34,477 square feet of commercial space, and a 54 story tower with 783 units.2

Check out more on the building on its website, which has availabilities for studios through 2 bedrooms. Here’s a description of the building:

Eagle Lofts features the following amenities: state of the art duplex fitness facility with yoga studio, cycle & weight rooms, multiple tenant lounges including event space with catering kitchen, game room and a library.  Our residents can enjoy 35,000 SQ FT landscaped roof deck with great lawn, cabanas, BBQ grill & unique water tower bar & lounge. In addition, we have a children’s playroom, pet grooming station, bike storage and landscaped courtyard.
