In July, we stopped by at 11-12 44th Drive and observed that the building had topped out.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction crews have peeled back the scaffolding to do a reveal of the facade, as seen in the photo below. QNS44 has residences up to 3 bedrooms and other amenities include a rooftop lounge, heated salt water floor and parking/storage space. Delivery is expected summer 2019.
Here’s more information about the building from its website:
QNS44’s concrete matrix of varisized bronze windows casts a smart façade and dramatic expression of the bustling, multicultural, waterfront enclave of Long Island City. RYBAK Development and BK Developers have partnered to bring the highest definition of comfort and luxury into L.I.C., endowing the building’s modernist design with the amenities, appointments, and finishes of elite city living.
