The last time we checked in at 22-43 Jackson Avenue was back in December, when a new rendering had appeared on site.1 We stopped by last week and saw that construction has reached the fourth floor. However, there’s also a stop-work order for “FAILURE TO PROVIDE PROTECTION TO ADJOINING PROPERTIES.”2
When all is said and done, this will be a mixed-use build containing 63,956 square feet of residential space and 11,725 square feet of commercial space.3 On site signage calls for an early 2020 delivery.
