Lottery opens for affordable housing at ‘Hayden’ at 43-25 Hunter Street

A lottery for affordable housing has opened for Hayden located at 43-25 Hunter Street.1 The building will have 974 apartments and 195 of them will be affordable units for those making 60% of AMI or less.
