Construction is moving along at 42-77 Hunter Street, a projected “finger” building with 11,845-square-feet of residential space and 654-square-feet of commercial space.1 The 10-story building has an anticipated completion date of August, 2014 and will feature 14 residential units according to the building permit.2 You can see from the picture below that the space is beginning to rise and will eventually soar over the rest of the block of one and two story commercial and residential buildings.
