It’s hard to tell from these photos, but in September 2015, 27-45 Jackson Avenue will be a 22-story Aloft Hotel1 on the increasingly gentrifying block of Jackson Avenue.2 As you can see, demolition was completed on this lot in accordance with the current building permit, and we should start seeing the rise of this hotel sometime in 1Q 2014.
