Earlier in the week, Douglas Elliman’s Jermain Miller gave me the heads up that he planned on listing unit PH1001 at the Vere, located at 26-26 Jackson Avenue.1 This came on the heels of Miller listing PH1002, which is right next door (with the opportunity to combine both apartments).2 PH1001 hasn’t officially hit the market yet, but Miller was kind enough to give us a sneak peak inside the 1,155 square foot (with 900 sqft private terrace), 2-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse unit.
