On Monday, we called The Shannon Pot to check in on their progress1 at their new location after they were forced to close earlier in the month.2 A worker who picked up said they were scheduled to open on Tuesday subject to a final inspection. Well, that inspection must’ve gone well, because we popped into The Shannon Pot’s new location at 21-59 44th Drive, and they are open for business!
