The Vista has officially sold out. The last remaining apartment in the building, apartment 3B, went into contract some time last week, according to the Modern Spaces website. As a closing special, the Vista was offering to cover some of the closing costs with the transfer taxes. This was the same special that was running earlier in the year with the final penthouse apartments in the building.
We checked the building last night and this morning, and there is still no activity inside, so apartments likely haven’t closed yet despite the building receiving their certificate of occupancy last month.1 An email sent to the real estate agent in charge of this building was not immediately returned. Either way, congratulations to Modern Spaces for selling out the building.
