It seems like every time we stop by 44-35 and 44-51 Purves Street, something new is going on.1 Well, we’ve got another update for you, because last week, the future home of the 22-story, 121-unit residential tower released a rendering of the project.2 The site is also heavily under construction, and just in the last 4 weeks, we’ve seen a big change on the construction site:
