Rockrose has begun construction on Eagle Loft at 43-22 Queens Street, the future site of a 700-unit rental building at the former Eagle Electric building in the Court Square area.1
The building is currently surrounded by scaffolding and crews have already begun asbestos treatment on the building (as pictured). The project is projected to be 520,000 square feet, although more than 50 percent of this will need to be new construction for tax purposes.
No delivery date is set for the project.
