Got $3 million laying around? If so, Jermain Miller has the apartment for you.

A view of the floorplan of the combined apartments

Last month, Douglas Elliman’s Jermain Miller listed unit PH1002 at ‘The Vere’ located at 26-26 Jackson Avenue.1 In mid-January, he gave me the heads up that PH1001 would be hitting the market,2 and that he was planning on combining the two into a super-colossal-prodigious-ginormous-conglomerate of a living space.3 Well, that vision became a reality earlier this week when Miller put up the official listing.

According to the listing, for $3 million and a monthly fee of $2,500 in maintenance and $70 in real estate tax, you can own this 5-bed, 4-bath, 2,422 sq. ft. condo in the heart of Court Square.4

By the way, if you’ve got $3 million laying around, I’d like to be the first to put in the application for being your new best friend. Just throwing it out there…

Anywho, here are some of the other details:

Rare opportunity to own a full four bedroom with a home office and over 2400 sqft interior and 1500 sqft exterior. Upon entering this penthouse you’re welcomed with a well-designed floor plan with breath taking city views. Open chefs kitchen which offers caeser stone counter tops along a Liebherr built-in refrigerator, Bosh oven, cooktop, dishwasher, and fully vented range. The oversized living room boasts 16 ft. ceilings along with south, west and north exposed floor to ceiling wrap around windows with easy access to an amazing 1500 sq outdoor space. There is a large formal eat in dining room also with access to the outdoor space. The two extra large master bedrooms have two ensuite bathrooms, custom designed walk in closets, floor to ceiling windows and one with a private balcony. The third and fourth bedrooms also have floor to ceiling windows with south facing exposure and the windowed home office faces north. The penthouse has lots of storage and closet space. Vere 26 is a boutique condominium centrally located in the heart of Long Island City.

I guess the view is OK...
