The Vista officially sells out

The Vista

From inside the Vista (H/T Modern Spaces)

Last week, we reported that the final Vista apartment went into contract1 and residents began moving into the building,2 located at 44-15 Purves Street. Well, Modern Spaces made it official yesterday in a press release. I’ve already welcomed our new neighbors last week, but it’s worth re-welcoming them now that they’re “officially” part of the neighborhood.

Here is the entire release:

New York, NY— Modern Spaces if proud to announce The Vista, Court Square’s luxury condominium, has hit the 100 percent sold mark. Located on 44-15 Purves Street just south of the Northern Boulevard in Long Island City, buyers showed early interest in the building; 11 homes were sold in only the first 25 minutes of its soft opening.

The Vista has been feng shui-certified by consultant Laura Cerrano of Feng Shui Long Island who has advised the developers on every facet of the design and construction of the building since inception. There IS no fourth floor in the building in accordance to feng shui principles. Additionally, residences WILL not have balconies adjacent to the living room and entrances to each home will not face another interior door.

“Working with a feng shui master during the entire process of this project has been an incredible learning experience for us and has provided even further insight into the feng shui principles. It’s interesting to see how every layout, every wall has been meticulously designed and built to embrace the feng shui beliefs,” said Eric Benaim, CEO and president of Modern Spaces. “Not only did buyers resonate with the design of The Vista, but many participated in the feng shui ceremonies that were held onsite of the property–this project has been a complete success throughout.”

Developed by Lions Group and Emmy Homes, The Vista is comprised of 15 floors encompassing 48 elegant studios-, one-, and two-bedroom residences ranging from 475 to 965 square-feet with prices starting at $360,000. The building features solar panels and a glass façade with bay windows and balconies.

The Vista is a blend of contemporary and Eastern-influenced designs created by the Modern Spaces team. Amenities at The Vista include a beautifully landscaped rooftop terrace, cutting-edge fitness center with a yoga room, entertainment room, Wi-Fi, doggie spa, bike storage, and a parking garage for residents.

Homes at The Vista include premium hardwood-oak flooring throughout, high-end finishes and timeless design. Gourmet kitchens feature top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, refrigerators and dishwashers, ovens and cooktops. Kitchen cabinets, CaesarStone counters and fixtures create a setting that is modern yet practical. Spa-like master and guest baths will have marble and porcelain ceramic tiles, luxurious Kohler fixtures, and wenge wood double-sink vanities. Baths will also include indulgent soaking tubs and showers.

Owners at The Vista have convenient access to the E, M, 7 and G subway lines, just three minutes to Midtown Manhattan and just five minutes to Grand Central Station. Long Island City has it all. From lush parks like the Gantry State Park and breathtaking views of Manhattan, to the top museums like MoMA’s P.S.1, restaurants, shopping and greengrocers, the neighborhood has evolved to become the frontrunner in art and creativity.
