Amazing the difference a month can make. In January, we snapped a picture of the 42-77 Hunter Street construction site.1 We’re now in the middle of February, and we stopped by to take another photo. As you can see, the major difference is that the construction crew has set up scaffolding that covers the building.
When all is said and done, 42-77 Hunter Street will be a “finger” building with 11,845-square-feet of residential space and 654-square-feet of commercial space.2
