Ekstein Development, which is already well along the way with construction on 26-14 Jackson Avenue, broke ground nearby at 25-19 43rd Avenue on Saturday.
When all is said and done, the project will turn into a 86-unit condominium with “a fitness center, roof deck, parking, bike storage and other amenities.”1 Douglas Elliman will be handling the project, and we’re being told that the building will have studios, 1BR and 2BRs.
