L+M Development is getting closer to completing The Pearson at 45-50 Pearson Street. Recently, workers hung a ribbon on the side of the building advertising its leasing website thepearsonlic.com. As you can see from the pictures below, the outside facade is mostly finished, and the roof level has come a long way since we last visited.1
When it’s finished, the building will be a 14-story, 197-unit building. Amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio, laundry room, outdoor space, bike room, outdoor basketball court and grocery storage.2 Units available for lease include studio through 2 bed, 2 bath apartments.
