Last week, we were passing by 42-51 27th Street, and noticed construction crews boarding up the building. The former site of the Queens Dance Center has received permits to erect a fence, install an HVAC system and also install plumbing fixtures. While we don’t have any confirmation of what exactly is coming here, the permit (seen below) makes reference to “an eating and drinking establishment.”
