The Department of Buildings approved plans at 42-60 Crescent Street on Wednesday, according to their website.1
The approval clears the path for construction to begin for a 10 story mixed-used building, where extermination began in March.2 The Real Deal reported in August that the building will have 40 condominiums with apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms. Amenities include a children’s center, gym, parking and a roofdeck.3
