A young local artist showcases the collection of talent at the Spring Arts Festival (H/T Riis Settlement)
The Jacob A. Riis Neighborhood Settlement located at 10-25 41st Avenue, will be holding its Annual Spring Arts Festival on Saturday, May 17 from 12–4 pm which is free and open to the public.

The festival celebrates the artistic talents of the youth in our community and includes children’s art displays, a local artists gallery, and family-friendly entertainment including face-painting, live music and performances, homemade food dishes, and local vendors. The event will be held at Riis Settlement headquarters, located at 10-25 41st Ave, Long Island City, within the grounds of the Queensbridge Housing community (just north of the Queensboro Bridge).
