Rockrose opens 31st floor roof deck to Linc LIC residents

Thanks to loyal reader Amadeo Plaza, who let us know that Rockrose has completed construction on the 31st floor roof deck at Linc LIC. Although the building opened its doors officially back in November, the roof deck was off limits.

But, in an e-mail to residents last week, Rockrose officially opened the deck, which features ‘breathtaking’ views of the Manhattan skyline. The roof deck hours are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and residents will only be allowed two guests on the deck at a time.
