It’s only been a few weeks since we last checked in on 42-77 Hunter Street, but things are moving at warp speed there.1 As you can see from the photos below, the building has topped out at nine stories.
When all is said and done, the “finger” building will have 11,845-square-feet of residential space and 654-square-feet of commercial space.2 The 10-story building has an anticipated completion date of August, 2014 and will feature 14 residential units.
