The last time we last checked in on 21-03 46th Avenue was only a week ago, and crews had done a partial reveal of the top floor.1 In just one short week, crews have taken down all of the scaffolding, and done a full reveal. Now that we have a clear view, the eight-unit boutique building resembles a finger building compared to its diminutive neighbors.
