In early May, extermination began at the 25-19 43rd Avenue site, the future home of a 86-unit condo project that will begin later this year. Not that you were planning on taking a look inside, but if you were, you should be on the look out for traps to “protect against rodent infestation,” according to signs that peppered the lot. It is modest progress for a project that started back in early March.1 Still, things may pick up in the very near future. BuzzBuzzHome reported earlier in the week that permits were filed with the Department of Buildings on May 20.2
When all is said and done, the project will turn into a 86-unit condominium with “a fitness center, roof deck, parking, bike storage and other amenities.”3 Douglas Elliman will be handling the project, and we’re being told that the building will have studios, 1BR and 2BRs.
