Less than a month after the Department of Buildings approved permits for demolition at 42-60 Crescent Street,12 work has begun on the site. Last week, construction crews erected a fence surrounding the former warehouse and a sign posted on the site says that demolition is expected to complete in December.
The Real Deal reported in August that the building will have 40 condominiums with apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms. Amenities include a children’s center, gym, parking and a roofdeck.3
