We last checked in on 42-77 Hunter Street on May 12 when the building topped out.1 Less than a month later, crews have taken down the scaffolding that surrounded the building. As you can see from the photos below, many of the windows have been installed, as well. Construction crews are now working to install an elevator into the building.
When all is said and done, the “finger” building will have 11,845-square-feet of residential space and 654-square-feet of commercial space.2 The 10-story building has an anticipated completion date of August, 2014 and will feature 14 residential units.
