Construction is picking up at 23-01 42nd Road. When we last checked in back in March, demolition of the existing building had just wrapped up.1 Now, construction vehicles have been seen around the lot and it won’t be long before the foundation starts to come in.
When construction finishes, the building will be a 300 unit, 28 story tower with retail on the first floor.23 The construction site is approximately 14,920 square feet, so there will be plenty to work with. Property Markets Group will be handling the project.
