While Dog Island City has gotten most of the headlines as it nears delivery at 27-18 44th Drive,1 there is a retail space right next to it that has gone relatively unnoticed. 27-10 44th Drive is a much smaller space, but has been part of the overall construction that has been happening in that lot.
The retail space will turn into a showroom for the business that previously inhabited 27-18 44th Drive, Phoenix signs. You can also see that the DOB Permit calls for construction of “a showroom.”2
