Thanks to Jerry Barnard from 145 Antiques, who let us know that renderings appeared at the 23-01 42nd Road construction site recently. As you can see from the photos below, the all glass building has an anticipation completion date of fall of 2015. According to the permits, which were approved in February, the building will rise to be 44 floors featuring 306,446 square feet of residential space and 30,650 square feet of commercial space.1
Construction on the work site has been in full swing since early this year.2
