Back in March, New York YIMBY got their hands on a series of renderings for QLIC at 41-42 24th Street.1 We popped in over the weekend to check in on progress at the construction site, and also noticed they had a different rendering of the project on scene. As you can see from the photos below, work is moving at a good pace.
Construction is set to wrap in fall of 2015 and when it does, the 21 story building will hold 421 units and 8,707 square feet of commercial space.2
