The Madison LIC has moved at warp speed since earlier in the year, with the building recently topping out in May.1
Projected to deliver sometime in August, the “finger” building will have 11,845-square-feet of residential space (14 units) and 654-square-feet of commercial space.2 ModernSpaces is handling sales.
