A ‘take out food store’ will replace LIC Pharmacy on 44-69 21st Street

A ‘take out food store’ is coming to 44-69 21st Street, the former home of LIC Pharmacy which closed in December.¹ A permit approved on June 18 calls for the installation of “plumbing fixtures” and a “kitchen exhaust system” for a “proposed take out food store.”²

We don’t know the exact kind of ‘food store’ that is coming to the location, but we’re betting a pretty penny that our friends over at We Heart LIC will be fully on top of the case.
