Construction crews took down scaffolding at 26-20 Jackson Avenue on Wednesday. Work has been steadily progressing since November, and it looks like the building is on its way to meeting its goal of a summer delivery. The last time we checked in back in April, the building had just topped out.1
According to the filings with the Department of Buildings, there will be nine residential units (9,130 square feet) and one commercial space (1,692 square feet) in the building.2 Multiple sources have told The Court Square Blog that the project will be a rental.
