Uovo Art Storage seems to be in target to meet its 2014 delivery date. The 270,000-square-foot facility located at 41-54 22nd Street will be a facility that stores fine art and have strict temperature and humidity controls and a ground floor located 16 feet above sea level.1
Queens Brownstoner checked in on the site back in late April, and if you compare the two photos, you’ll see that construction workers have finished laying all the bricks on the ground floor of the building.
