The last time we checked in on 44-80 11th Street was in early April when the construction site was still in the excavation stage.1 Well, things are moving along quickly at the site, and the building has begun to rise. As you can see from the photos below, concrete walls are coming in, and is just barely peaking over construction fences. By the next time we visit, we expect the building to tower over them.

GF55 Partners (also the architects behind nearby condo building The Foundry) designed this eight-story, 105-unit rental development. Construction will start next month and last 15 months. Once finished, building amenities will include a gym, laundry, bike room, parking, and a second floor landscaped courtyard with benches and a trellised area with a BBQ.
