We were walking by 42-60 Crescent Street last week when we saw a new rendering for the site. As you can see from the photo below, the building will be gray on the outsides and have more of lighter brownish color on the interior. You can also see that the mixed used building is set to deliver sometime in Fall, 2015. The second photo shows the inside of the construction site, where demolition completed in early June.1
According to the DOB permit, when all is said and done, there will be 44,006 square feet of residential space with 2,309 square feet of ground floor commercial space.2 The building will have 40 condominium units with apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms. Amenities will include a children’s center, gym, parking and a roofdeck.3
