Rockrose isn’t wasting any time now that it has all of its ducks in a line. The construction company started work on its 43-25 Hunter Street project earlier this week,1 and on Wednesday, workers hung a new rendering for the building. Originally, Rockrose had anticipated a 2016 delivery, but now that timeline has been pushed back until summer, 2017. That makes sense considering the construction company had originally anticipated starting construction in the fourth quarter of 2013.2
According to permits, the 50-story building will have 767,305 square feet of residential space and 18,800 square feet of retail space.3
