It’s been roughly two months since we last checked in at ‘Murray Park North’ at 11-35 45th Avenue.1 Last time we were there, we were starting to see the foundation come in. It appears construction crews have wrapped up that phase, and the building is beginning to rise.
When all is said and done, the project will deliver a six-story, 39-unit residential building with a projected delivery date sometime in spring of 2016.2
