Rockrose files permits for Eagle Loft at 43-22 Queens Street

On July 7, Rockrose filed permits for their Eagle Loft project at 43-22 Queens Street. According to the Department of Buildings permits, the building will rise 54 stories and feature 587,860 square feet of residential space and 34,477 of commercial space.¹ Demolition started on the lot back in January, though much of the structure of the former warehouse will remain.²

The Real Deal reported in 2013 that Rockrose had planned 700 units for the building, though no delivery date was set.³ Anticipated prices for the units will run $1,800 for a studio, $2,600 for a one-bedroom and $3,400 for a two-bedroom.
