Excavation is in full swing at Rockrose’s 43-25 Hunter Street project. Construction started there last month after a long approval process with the Department of Buildings,1 and since then, crews and cranes have been a constant on the work site. It’s hard to see from the photos below, but we’re also starting to see some of the foundation come in along the edges.
According to permits, the 50-story building will have 767,305 square feet of residential space and 18,800 square feet of retail space.2
