Checking in on progress at 44-80 11th Street

Back in early July, we checked in on progress at 44-80 11th Street and noted that the building was just peaking over the construction fence.¹ Well, in the month or so since then, construction has been moving along quickly. As you can see from the photo below, the building has risen to a third level, and the structure is now comfortably taller than the construction fence.

GF55 Partners (also the architects behind nearby condo building The Foundry) designed this eight-story, 105-unit rental development. Construction will start next month and last 15 months. Once finished, building amenities will include a gym, laundry, bike room, parking, and a second floor landscaped courtyard with benches and a trellised area with a BBQ.
