Back in early July, we checked in on progress at 44-80 11th Street and noted that the building was just peaking over the construction fence.1 Well, in the month or so since then, construction has been moving along quickly. As you can see from the photo below, the building has risen to a third level, and the structure is now comfortably taller than the construction fence.

GF55 Partners (also the architects behind nearby condo building The Foundry) designed this eight-story, 105-unit rental development. Construction will start next month and last 15 months. Once finished, building amenities will include a gym, laundry, bike room, parking, and a second floor landscaped courtyard with benches and a trellised area with a BBQ.
