It’s been roughly four months since we last stopped by 44-35 and 44-51 Purves Street,1 and all we can say is “Wow!” The building has hit a growth spurt, and is now just as tall as similarly situated buildings on the street, including The Vere and The Vista.
When all is said and done, the project will turn into a 22-story, 121-unit residential tower, with delivery scheduled for winter, 2017.
