26-14 Jackson1 will have its grand opening on Saturday, Aug. 23 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and a ‘boozy brunch’ will be served. Potential residents will have studios, 1 and 2 bedrooms to choose from, and the first month’s rent will be free. Adjusted for that first month, studios start from $1,984, 1 bedrooms from $2,654 and 2 bedrooms from $3,277. There is also an open house on Tuesday from 1 to 2 p.m.
All units will offer “stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and generous closet space.” Amenities include a fitness center, virtual doorman, laundry room and a roof deck with view of the Manhattan skyline.
