While Dog Island City has gotten most of the headlines for opening earlier in the month at 27-18 44th Drive,1 there is a retail space right next to it that has gone relatively unnoticed.2 Phoenix Signs at 27-10 44th Drive reopened their showroom earlier this month, with signage now installed on the site. Originally, the signage store had been located where Dog Island City is now.
