Demolition finishes at 24-12 42nd Road

Earlier in the month, construction crews finished up demolition at 24-12 42nd Road. Workers had to demolish three lots that comprised three former buildings at 24-12 42nd Road, 42-34 Crescent Street and 42-38 Crescent Street. Work started in the middle of last month.1

According to New York YIMBY (who also obtained renderings of the project), the building is being developed by the Ampiera Group, and the architect of record is My-Architecture.2 The developersĀ filed an application for an eight story build that contains 29,403 of residential space and 4,328 of commercial space, though the DOB denied the initial permit on July 22.3 The building is zoned for a FAR of 5.0.
