In late August, permits were filed for a new 33-story residential tower at 44-30 Purves Street, also known as 44-26 Purves Street.1 Since then, we’ve seen environmental survey teams on the site sporadically,2 and we saw them again on Tuesday inside the lot.
Once permits are approved, Brause Realty will begin construction on a 33-story build that will include 206,536 square feet of residential space and 517 square feet of commercial space. There is no target completion date yet according to New York YIMBY.3
